Professionalism & Conduct

Beauty Culture Studio is a professional mobile spa dedicated to enhancing your beauty, wellness, and post-op recovery. Our licensed and certified specialists provide expert treatments tailored to your needs in a safe and respectful environment. If at any time a client behaves inappropriately, the session will be stopped immediately, and future bookings may be denied.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Time is valuable, and we strive to accommodate all clients efficiently. To avoid penalties:

✔ Cancellations & reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
✔ Same-day cancellations will incur a $50 fee.
✔ Clients with prepaid packages who cancel late will lose one session from their package.

Our policy ensures fairness to both clients and staff, allowing us to serve those on our waiting list. To cancel or reschedule, please call or text (813) 720-0299.

No-Show & Late Arrivals

✔ No-shows (no call, no text) will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and may be restricted from future bookings.
✔ If you are late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments. More than 15 minutes late may result in a cancellation with applicable fees.

Mobile Service Requirements

✔ Please ensure a clean, quiet space for your session with access to an outlet if needed.
✔ Parking must be provided or available nearby. If paid parking is required, the fee will be added to your service.
✔ For post-op services, please be in a comfortable, accessible area to receive your treatment.
